Welcome to STÏL. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of stilswiss.com and all associated services. By using our site, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Article 1 - Access and Customer Account

To make a purchase, you may be asked to create an account or provide certain personal information. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity carried out from your account. Any transfer or assignment of your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Article 2 - Our Products

STÏL strives to present its products accurately and faithfully. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your device and display settings. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, withdraw items from sale or limit available quantities at any time and without notice.

Article 3 - Orders

Any order placed on stilswiss.com constitutes an offer to purchase. STÏL reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. An order is only considered accepted upon receipt of written confirmation from us. Payment must be received and processed before an order is validated. Your purchases are subject to our Return Policy. You confirm that your purchases are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale.

Article 4 - Prices and Billing

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order, as indicated in the confirmation email. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. You warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery

STÏL currently delivers within Switzerland only, via Swiss Post. Indicated timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. STÏL accepts no liability for delays attributable to the carrier or to events beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.

Article 6 - Intellectual Property

All content on stilswiss.com, including trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and design is the exclusive property of STÏL and is protected under Swiss intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation from STÏL is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 - Customer Reviews

By submitting a review on our site, you grant us the right to publish it and use it for promotional purposes. You warrant that your reviews are genuine and personal. STÏL reserves the right to remove any review deemed inappropriate or contrary to these Terms.

Article 8 - Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. STÏL is not responsible for their content or practices. You access them at your own risk.

Article 9 - Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using our site for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, to infringe the intellectual property rights of STÏL or third parties, to transmit viruses or malicious software, to collect personal data from other users, to impersonate any person or entity, or to use automated tools to access or extract data from the site. STÏL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach.

Article 10 - Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Article 11 - Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, STÏL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. STÏL's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 12 - Errors and Inaccuracies

STÏL reserves the right to correct any errors relating to prices, product descriptions or availability at any time and without notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Article 13 - Termination

STÏL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Article 14 - Changes to Terms

STÏL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Article 15 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, in particular the Code of Obligations (CO). Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to a prior attempt at amicable mediation.
